By accessing and using Expense Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Expense Control is a personal financial management application that allows users to record, categorize, and analyze their income and expenses. The service includes features such as transaction recording, categorization, reports, and financial analysis.

To use the service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Expense Control operates on a monthly subscription model. After the 7-day free trial ends, the current monthly fee will be charged to the registered payment method unless you cancel before the trial concludes. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; you will retain access until the end of the billed cycle. No refunds are granted for partial periods already billed, except in cases of erroneous charges or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to update prices with prior notice; changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes. Prohibited actions include: (a) sharing or reselling access; (b) attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems; (c) scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering the service; (d) introducing malware or interfering with platform stability; (e) sending spam or unsolicited content; and (f) using the application as a substitute for professional financial advice.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The financial information you record in the application is private and will not be shared with third parties without your express consent, except when required by law.

You agree to use the service responsibly and legally. You must not attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for backing up your data when you deem necessary. We recommend you export your data periodically.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Your financial data is stored securely and encrypted. No system is infallible; you acknowledge there are inherent risks in online transmission and storage.

The service, its code, interfaces, trademarks, and logos are owned by NizerApp or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant NizerApp a limited license to host and process such content to provide the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, and/or create derivative works of the service without express authorization.

Expense Control is provided "as is" and as available, without warranties of continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for financial decisions based on displayed information, nor for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim. The service is a tracking tool and does not constitute professional financial advice or a banking product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, features, or pricing plans at any time, with or without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle and will be communicated in advance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or if we detect activity compromising platform security. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings; upon doing so, your data will be permanently deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mérida, Mexico, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
